Got2Eat provides directory and profile services for takeaway businesses, including searchable listings, menu display, and related account features.

## 2. Eligibility and Accounts

- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

## 3. Listings and User Content

- You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights to all content you submit.
- You grant us a licence to host, display, and process submitted content for operation of Got2Eat.
- We may moderate, reject, or remove content that breaches policy, law, or platform quality standards.

## 4. Subscriptions and Billing

- Paid features are billed via Stripe and are subject to plan terms shown at checkout.
- Subscription renewals, cancellations, invoices, and payment methods are managed through Stripe/Cashier flows.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

## 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the service for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to bypass security, scrape protected data, or disrupt service availability.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.

## 6. Intellectual Property

- Got2Eat branding, software, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Go Host Ltd.
- You retain rights in your own submitted content, subject to the licence granted in these Terms.

## 7. Availability and Changes

- We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

## 8. Disclaimer

Got2Eat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Host Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Go Host Ltd harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
